In 1994, we started researching different breeds of dogs for competitive obedience and conformation showing. We decided that the Belgian Sheepdog was exactly what we were looking for. Not only are Belgians devoted family companions, they also are competitive in conformation and obedience. We have never regretted our decision. Belgian Sheepdogs are an active breed and enjoy having a job to do. We regularly train in obedience, conformation and agility. All of our dogs have had the beginning of tracking training as well. We also get out with the woolies as time permits, and herding is an activity that we hope to become more active in soon.
